Rana started her career in 1993 working in Washington DC, then in 1995 Rana and husband Johnny, opened their first Salon which rapidly gained a reputation for excellence in both Hair Color and Hair Design . Rana is passionate about hair color, she chose Aveda Color because it is the first color that is 97% naturally derived plant base . She is also a Make up Artist, and a Paris Hilton / Dream Catchers extensions certified.​​​​

Johnny Awwad​​

Stylist/Colorist

Originally his career started in 1984 in Jerusalem, Johnny has the ability to modernize the Iconic styles of the past and translate them into a look that is Chic and Fresh , he has a sense of  Creativity and an Eye for Beauty. Johnny decided to broaden his knowledge  of styling and gain a new  perspective in London and New York City, which then lead him to San Francisco where he brought his Creativity and Vision to all.​​​

​Darcy Chacon

Stylist/Colorist

With over 15 years of industry experience as an Aveda certified stylist and having been trained by such hair icons as Yosh, Van Council, Gerard Scarpaci of Arrojo, Mark Hayes of Vidal Sassoon and legendary Lupe Voss of Aveda; Darcy has developed an expert's eye. Her ease is discussing a client's needs makes for a comfortable salon experience, always taking into account their hair type, skin tone and commitment to the process.

Growing up in the Industry since birth, Haley has gained a tremendous passion for everything hair. Constantly continuing with education is her top priority to stay on top of the latest trends in Hair Color and Styles . Haley has an eye for creating natural highlights, shaping curly hair,and making long hair bounce.

Carolyn Herlihy

 Stylist/Colorist

​As a graduate from Cinta AVEDA Institute in SF, Carolyn comes to us with extensive training in AVEDA's philosophies and techniques. Carolyn specializes in voluminous blow drys, transforming unruly, curly hair to smooth & frizz-free hair and all aspects of hair color, from gray coverage to bright peek-a-boo panels. Carolyn has been steadily building her clientele and working to create easy to maintain styles that meet the demands of each client's daily routine and personality.

Jamie Merenda

Master Colorist/Aveda Certified Trainer

​Customizing haircutting and color techniques to all her guests is what she specializes in. Having been in the industry for 14 years, continuing advanced education is what she strives for. Jamie has completed Aveda's mastery program as a certified trainer, which has brought her further into her passion and love for hair and Aveda.
